i'm a little bit surprised that it's taken so long for this live and album favorite to be an official single. but it's better late than never cause after all these months, this power ballad is still a rousing dramatic piece that showcases why james is definitely one of the best artists to come out of 2015. love it!

something wonderful happened last week thursday for british singer/songwriter james bay. in one prime time hour, TWO shows (greys anatomy / the vampire diaries) showcased the beautiful 'let it go' track to millions of viewers in the US. hopefully he'll soon be getting that highly coveted saturday night live slot too! with a 2015 BRIT awards critics choice under his belt (previous winners sam smith, ellie goulding and adele have all done quite well thank you), you will be hearing ALOT more of this guy in the coming months (if you're not already).
