i swear, i veer from borderline liking this track to being totally ambivalent with it. you got to give props to katy, cause she is trying something new, but.... not good. it's repetitive and it's neither here nor there with little moments of pop miracle. who knows if this will be the crossover hit she wants, but for now this is the proposed song of the summer!
