a great big world - this is the new year
we actually fell in love with this song back in 2011 when 'a great big world' was still a solo act named ian axel featuring his writing partner chad vaccarino. but during the past 2 years, chad has been performing on stage with ian, honing their live shows and collaborating as songwriter/producers until finally they just took on the moniker of 'a great big world'. the song that won me over back then recently got a MAJOR boost as a featured song on glee and well... big things happen when people discover songs on that show. so get ready for a buzzy 2013 for these boys. definitely worth it!
