this is a long ways away from the girlie folkie we were introduced to earlier this year. the song just builds into epic proportions with our gabrielle doing her best contemporary dance routine. it's all very 80's kate bush/so you think you can dance, which are my two fave things in the world. brill!

though the 'next ed sheeran' hype around lewis has subsided, it's nice to see the singer songwriter continuing to release new material for his fans. this time he's released a covers EP called 'some songs with some friends' featuring his mates hudson taylor, kimberly anne and gabrielle aplin. i'm curious to see where the next year will take this talent, but for now, check out this lovely duet. watch this space.
