Wongie - It's not just you. Those were my thoughts exactly. Look at the facts:
1) Both songs begin with the chorus, which is a fairly unusual way to start a song
2) The title of both songs start with "All The" and refer to multiple inanimate objects ("Things She Said" compared with "Right Moves").
3) The choruses for both songs have the same two chords (C# and G#)
Hmmm...
