london grammar - wasting my young years
the rise of the 'mystery band' has become really trendy of late. showcasing the music rather than the packaging of the band themselves, acts like the xx and rhye have all benefitted from a bit from their lack of limelight. now we can throw in london grammar, a three piece fronted by hannah reid on vocals and dot major & dan rothman on the electronic instrumentation. their latest single is both haunting and hypnotic in one go which makes me uber excited to hear more from this much buzzed about act.
