it's almost 12 mins (though the last 4 mins are just credits), features snippets of 3 other songs, guest stars some real housewives of beverly hills and sees director lady gaga channelling some serious donatella versace (gaga is her muse) from beginning to end. it's all very OTT and beautiful to look at... but the song (like everything on the album) i've heard a few times and i still can't hum it back.

though alot of her tracks are focused around a groove these days, van vogue is definitely one of azealia's stronger releases (the centerpiece breakdown is sick!). with a buzzed about mixtape, an hot EP and fashionista appreciation all in check, i'm really hoping that the next round of releases will offer more musicality over swagger. while i'm at it, bring back the vogue balls!!!!
