co-directed by kahlil joseph & beyonce, 'sorry' is easily one of the standout tracks off the 'lemonade' album and caused the biggest internet chatter about "becky with the good hair". but like much of the tracks off the album, there lies a lingering sadness that overshadows the whole collection, even in a F you anthem like this one, which is probably why people love these tracks so. oh and tennis superstar serena williams likes to bounce yo!

as a country act, the band perry have always been primed for a serious crossover moment, but now that it's actually happening, i'm not quite sure if it's working. nothing wrong with their first single working with redone, it just feels a little bit forced. but hey if the rumors that collaborations with diplo, audra mae and pharrell are true, then i'm game to hear the rest of this pop makeover!

there's something to be said that you can sing along to a song almost instantly after the 1st verse. this is the case of the 5 piece brisbane band, ball park music, who manage to craft insta-catchy numbers for the masses. their 2nd album 'museum' was nominated for album of the year by the highly influential australian radio station triple j, which perfectly sets up the buzz for ball park music to break internationally (especially with single's like this one!).

this is a perfect case of great song, douche video. seriously the level of douchery shown here is both unappealing and almost ruins this song which i feel is one of best anthems of the season. reshoot a smarter less boasting/cruising vid and please keep armin and travis to a minimum (cause they are lame on camera)! ugh!
